Alli!!
So this is a blog in response to the perceived hesitation some people have about my metion of taking Alli weight loss aid. I know this may seem like a commercial lol but I only mean it to let people know that it is NOT a diet pill. Alli is the only FDA approved over-the-counter weight loss aid pill. It is the over-the-counter version of Xenical (Oristat) and at 60mg about half the strength. Alli works by preventing the absorbtion of about 25% of the fat you eat. It can help you lose up to 50% more than just diet and exercise alone. It is different from diet pills in that it is part of a lifestyle change and does not promise fast results but instead works with your body to produce results that can be maintained. It also only works in the GI track so that you don’t experience the jitters or mood swings that you get with diet pills that act in the brain as appetite suppressants. Alli helps to make sure your eating a low-fat diet and exercising. But it is a serious commitment and there are some possible “treatment effects” if you do not follow a low-fat diet with all that said its a personal decision but it is a safe one. Those who want to learn more there are TONS of information online (ex: www.myalli.com) concerning Alli and I encourage you to do some research if you are interested :) …I’m learning to eat to live instead of living to eat and you can too
